Yes, Detour Services has liability insurance and WSIB Insurance. We are able to provide proof to any of our clients if necessary.

The Ontario Traffic Manual Book 7 provides the basic requirement for traffic control in work zones during roadway or utility construction and maintenance on or beside public highways. Public highways include ramps as wells as municipal roads and streets.

Yes, you will need a permit from the town, city or road authority that regulates the roadway. Detour Services can develop traffic control plans able to be submitted for approval.

Send an email to info@detourservices.ca with as much details as possible (services needed, location, description of work and duration).

At the end of each work shift, the Detour Services representative(s) will complete a work order and ask the site foreman to sign it. The site foreman will also receive a copy of the work order.

Yes, Detour Services can leave equipment installed on your jobsite overnight. However, there will be a rental fee for any equipment required to stay overnight. Also, Detour Services can facilitate purchasing equipment.
